The XLS table contents a list of species, the minimum, average, maximum cell weights (pg = g 10-12) and the number of measurements. It is regular practice when the cell volume estimated at the first station of the cruise and then used during all survey. This case was considered such evaluation as one measurement. Due to this the total number of species entries used for analysis was 17000.

The table also contains spp. species. The volumes range for genera also could be useful. For the same reason all species are left in the table even if they were identified only once.
